.mlem. I wonder if writing style greatly differs based on time of day of said written thing. Mom: I love your pictures from your trip last week. I’m glad you were able to go and do that. How much time did it take on train/boat to get there and back? About 2 hours on boat. Then 60 or so km by bike and then 2 hours by boat. Apparently they only rent electric assisted bikes out and we did it on normal bikes without the right trails.

ヤホー、(yahoo, howdy) Is next week transfers? Yup. Next Tuesday and Wednesday. Transfer calls are today but I couldn’t share it until after transfers anyway. I’m pretty much guaranteed to be in Nayoro for 4 transfers from what I’ve heard. So the only thing I’m wondering is who is my next companion. What happened to week 36? Ummm. I can’t count. Like… Ever? I think I thought I skipped a week entirely but I’m unsure.

Rawr、 It always feels like I did this yesterday and also not for a month. Writing emails I mean. Questions from parents:(mostly father) Did you celebrate pie day? Nope, we were going to but the timing didn’t work out to hang out with our friends, I’m planning on doing a tao day instead maybe. We missed vday, saint Patrick’s, presidents day, etc. So, how is your teaching pool? Large enough? Full of fun friends with more friends to get.

Is your p-day still on Mondays? Yup. I’m just inconsistently being inconsistent for inconsistencies sake. I think that’s a valid English sentence. I at a purple blood orange yesterday.. it was very purple and from southern Japan. We went to a dishes shop and bought these little pots(the were cheap and we got them to match) to make cute little cassaroles or something in and all the old ladies(60% of people who still go outside in Japan are probably old ladies) and she stopped us before we left and gave us oranges.

こんばんは、 (Good evening,) Hello, I’m still alive. This past week has been kinda crazy because I’ve been meeting a bunch of new friends and members. No volleyball circles. I forgot to take pictures of a lot. I’m still going to be baking though. This is also the first time I’m in a trio, it’s only for the next couple days though. It has low-key been too fast for me. We constantly have activities, visits, or other stuff.
