このクリスマスの時期がここにありますよ！
(This Christmas time is here!)
Ummmm. Most of the past week has been making cookies, brownies, blondies, and then packaging and gifting it all. The branch president was surprised when I told him I didn’t need money for making the sacrament bread by hand because after thinking about it, one loaf is only 150円(1$) which is cheap. But he wouldn’t take no for an answer so apparently he’s gonna buy me flour until I leave Kushiro. He wants me to stay for the rest my mission too. That probably won’t happen…
Besides that not much. It snowed and we’re not allowed to bike even if it is possible for safety reasons.
Psalm 117.
If anything I’ve found on my mission is the smaller the better to start any kind of spiritual thing. I’ve also found psalms don’t translate into Japanese very well at all. But I still like them in English.
So this week keep it simple and share what Christmas is about. Share a little of Christ’s light by using your own light. Take a little time to think about what you can focus on to love and invite.
